The meanest airlines survey – Click Here – I am not familiar with how the survey is conducted, nevertheless, the survey is a PR problem for some airlines, and at least presents opportunities for strategy, risk/liability/crisis management and improvement.  Should be of interest to airline management, employees, the board and audit or risk committees, internal audit, compliance and ethics, in-house legal, public relations/communications, the outside auditor, and any certification such as ISO 31000.
