Who should fix the boardroom, an interesting poll . . .

One of my linkedin public company groups conducted a poll.  The question was who should fix the boardroom?  Not scientific, of course.  The answer: Chair of the Board (38%); Governance Committee (51%); Nominating Committee (9%); others (2%).
