Interesting article–EPLI and possible lack of coverage for defense to EEOC action

The following is a link to an interesting article in the New Jersey Insurance Coverage Litigation blog discussing EPLI policies and possible lack of coverage for defense of EEOC actions. While Mr. Killian’s comments about insurers are unnecessary to the discussion about coverage, and of course I am not endorsing those comments, I have posted the blog discussion anyway out of interest in the topic. Click Here  for the blog post.  Mr. Killian’s comments in the second half of the article are constructive, having more to do with liability and risk management.
